Please note that live plants are final sale to ensure the health and safety of our botanical collection.

Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items you wish to return to receive a return authorization.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused, non-perishable items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Ship It Back
Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of authorization.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method, excluding original shipping costs.
